Welcome to StrideSync! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using StrideSync you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the service.

1  ·  Service Description

StrideSync syncs your Strava activity data to Google Sheets, giving you instant analysis-ready records. Connections use secure OAuth 2.0 flows; we access data only with your explicit consent.

2  ·  User Accounts

  • You must be 16 years or older to use StrideSync.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the platform.

3  ·  Data & Privacy

Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You may revoke Google or Strava access at any time via their account settings.

4  ·  Acceptable Use

  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, or unauthorized API calls.
  • Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.
  • Use the service only for lawful personal fitness analytics.

5  ·  Intellectual Property

All StrideSync branding, logos, and content are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce them without written consent.

6  ·  Third-Party Integrations

StrideSync relies on Google and Strava APIs. Their availability and terms are outside our control; use of those services remains subject to their respective policies.

7  ·  Marketing & Cookies

With your consent we use marketing cookies (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) to improve the service and deliver relevant ads. Manage preferences via our cookie banner.

8  ·  Limitation of Liability

StrideSync is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of fitness, uptime, or accuracy. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9  ·  Termination

You may stop using StrideSync at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

10  ·  Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
