Data model

  • Athletes: name, email, goal race, FTP/threshold pace & HR, shoe/bike IDs.
  • Activities: date, duration, distance, pace, HR, TSS/load, workout type (Strava tags), shoe/bike.
  • Planned vs actual: planned minutes/miles, key workouts per week.

Roster rollup fields

  • 7d / 28d load and delta %
  • Weekly volume vs plan (%)
  • Endurance pace trend vs HR (decoupling)
